She makes the process very smooth and easy and her relationships with medical professionals opens doors that may not otherwise be open to a litigator making a cold call to a potential expert. She has been invaluable for some of my cases.
Also, rather than just provide you with the name of an expert, Dr. Fogelman will provide you with more than one name(s) of MDs that she has already briefed on the case and who have agreed to assist, if so requested. This way, when I called each potential expert, they and/or their staff were already well aware of the case and were very willing to spend time with me to answer questions to determine the best fit.
