Thank you for the great course. It was a great overview of legal basics and then logistics of how to get started and what is needed (insurance, contracts, etc). I thought it was very well done and organized. I like the both Facebook groups as well. Even though I haven’t been to the Friday Question and Answer Sessions live, I have watched the recorded version and found them helpful. I absolutely loved the recommendation for Freshbooks- very easy to use and love the time tracker, I also appreciated the continued reminder that we are expert witnesses to give our unbiased opinion and the mindset that we are really teaching the counsel about our area of expertise. It makes it a lot less intimidating thinking of it that way.

This course was very well organized and well referenced. Breaking things into “bite-sized” chunks made it easier to get through the materials. The videos were helpful in emphasizing the critical concepts to be learned. I found them very helpful and useful in my study. The emails were also helpful and served to motivate me and actually made me want to take an entire weekend to go through each one in sequence. I have more than a few days’ worth of materials to re-read and go through before I will feel I am truly prepared, but this gave me a real “push” to achieve becoming an Expert Witness.
