Paul Pisklak, MD, is a triple board-certified physician with active certification in Anesthesiology, Critical Care Medicine, and Advanced Perioperative Transesophageal Echocardiography (TEE, ultrasound imaging of the heart via the esophagus) with over 12 years of clinical experience across Texas, Iowa and Colorado. He specializes in the perioperative care of patients undergoing complex cardiac, thoracic, and vascular procedures, including coronary artery bypass grafting (heart bypass surgery), heart valve replacement and heart valve repair surgery, aortic surgery (repair of major blood vessels), video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery (VATS) and management of critically ill patients in the intensive care unit (ICU).
