He served as Chief of Staff, Chairman of Surgery, Chairman of Otolaryngology and on multiple Hospital Committees He has taught and mentored medical students, residents and fellows . He served on the Board of the Hearing Loss Association of America, and the Ear Research Foundation. He has received multiple Awards throughout his career.
